Kek Pisang Mudah

Assalamu'alaikum....

Ok. Hari ni saya nak share resipi mudah dan ringkas untuk minum petang. Kek Pisang yang sangat simple

Resipi ni sangat mudah, dan sangat sesuai untuk mereka yang baru belajar nak buat kek. =)

Tak ada hand mixer pun tak pe. Boleh pakai blender sahaja...  hasilnya akan jadi gebu dan sedap seperti di bawah. he



Bahan2:

5 biji pisang sederhana besar
2 biji telur A
1 cawan gula
2 cawan tepung gandum*
1 sk baking powder*
1 sk soda bikarbonat*
1/2 cawan minyak masak

*Ayak bersama

cara2:

  1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 180 darjah celcius. Lapik acuan dengan kertas minyak. Boleh juga gris dengan minyak masak.
  2. Blend gula dan telur hingga kembang. Lebih kurang seminit.
  3. Masukkan pisang. Blend lagi sehingga pisang hancur.
  4. Masukk no.3 ke dalam bekas yang agak besar. Kemudian masukkan tepung yang telah diayak sedikit demi sedikit. Kacau sehingga rata.
  5. Akhir sekali, masukkan minyak masak. Kacau sehingga sebati.
  6. Tuang ke dalam loyang. Bakar 50 minit hingga 1 jam.

Raya Cookies Sales!


Assalamu'alaikum semua!!

Sedar tak sedar, raya da makin dekat kan? raya tahun ni saya berkesempatan buat jualan kuih raya. Alhamdulillah, setakat ni masih lagi mampu menguli doh. Maklum la, sendiri taukey, sendiri chef, sendiri jurujual.

Ok. Nanti saya tunjuk gambar-gambar cookies yang saya jual. Kalau masih ada yang nak order boleh saja asalkan jangan lambat-lambat sangat. tarikh akhir tempahan adalah 21 Ogos ni. Saya jual murah-murah je tau.

Ada beberapa cookies yang saya buat tapi tak tempek gambar sebab buat untuk family dan nak makan-makan sendiri je. Contohnya cookies ringkas, senang nak buat -Honey cornflakes. Saya juga ada buat Strawberry Sandwich Cookies, Biskut Kelapa, Biskut Arab. Semua ni untuk diri sendiri. Kalau ada juga yang nak rasa boleh order next time ye!

Cream Cheese Carrot Cake

Ok. Anda minat makan Carrot Cake? Malas nak buat tapi Rajin Nak Makan? Tak mengapa. Saya ada penyelesaiannya...

350g ++ - Rm13 (macam dalam gambar tu)
800g -RM25 (8'' diameter)
1.5kg ++ - RM48 (8" diameter)

Murah kan? Sedap ni...
Topping guna cream cheese yang sedap.. Hiasan boleh pilih nak almond nibs ke, choc rice ke, pineapple diced ke, choc chip ke.... harga sama saja...

Ramadan Kareem and Traditional Recipe

Happy Ramadan to all Muslim.. I wish everyone a happy blessed holy month!

occay.. when Ramadan comes, all mummy is start thinking the menu for breaking fast or sahur.. For me, i just like to cook/serve something simple and easy.. But, never left the traditional kueh-muih behind. And today, i want to share "onde-onde" or Buah Melaka Recipe. Even though most of us know how to make it, i am sure that, there is still some people who is craving for this recipe.. ehehe~

Yesterday, i made them. They taste better when homemade. Unfortunately, i totally forgot to take any photo. So, a lot of appreciation to Mr. Google for your help.. =)

Buah Melaka 

Ingredients:
1 cup glutinous rice flour (tepung beras pulut)
1 tbs rice flour (can substitute with all purpose flour)
Gula Melaka (chopped/diced)
3 pandan leaves
water
Shredded coconut (white only) + 1 pinch of salt

How to make:
1. Blend pandan leaves with water. Set aside.
2. Boil water on stove, approximate 1L.
3. In mixing bowl, put glutinous rice flour and rice flour. Pour in filtered pandan juice. Make sure pour it little by little.
4. Knead them well until become non-sticky dough.
5. Take some of the dough (about 2cm diameter) and form into a ball, put diced gula melaka inside and rolled again to make it round in shape. Put the ball onto grease surface (i use a plate and grease it with cooking oil). Redo until done.
6. When water is boiling, put the balls into the pot simultaneously. The balls were done when  they are floating. Drain them and immediately put into coconut bowl. Make sure he coconut coated the whole ball.

ButTeR cOokIeS

I have once tried this cookies.. it taste quite good but a bit sweet.. Maybe it just me.. I gave them some to my sister but she barely say nothing.. Perhaps it suits her taste! ehe~

Ok! here we go.....

Butter Milk Cookies (+- 100pieces)


2 cup all purpose flour*
1 cup icing sugar
3 cup corn starch*
2 cup butter (about 250g)
1/2 cup powdered milk (I used Nespray brand)* 
1 ts bicarbonate of soda*
1ts vanilla essence

*sift together

How To Make:
  • Beat butter with sugar until creamy. Then, pour in vanilla essence. Beat a bit.
  • Add flour mixture to the batter and beat until incorporated.
  • Roll the batter into 1 inch balls. transfer the cookies to the prepared baking sheet, placing about 2 inches apart. then using the tines of the fork that has been dipped in white granulated sugar, make a crisscross pattern ( I used special cutter to make the circle shape.. teheeee~)
  • Bake @ 160 C for 15-20 minutes. Depends on individual oven.

Pennywort Juice

wondering what is pennywort juice? hehe

In bahasa, it called "jus pegaga".. its botanical name is Centella asiatica. it contains protein, iron, vit A and C and many more..

for those who are searching for natural supplement/booster to increase your breast milk, here is the solution. take pennywort daily. I prefer to consume it as juice...

ingredients:

A handful of pennywort
A cup of water
2 tablespoon pure honey

** blend the pennywort with water then filtered it into a glass.
** add honey. ready to drink!!

note: if you dont't have honey in your kitchen, you can substitute it with brown sugar.. if prefer cold drink, just add 3-4 cubes ice.. enjoy!

this is the result. i used Tualang Honey. do handle your honey with plastic spoon okay!
